I inadvertently found myself arguing with science-fiction writer Divov  that electronic books (based on eInk electronic paper) are at least no worse than paper books, and that paper books will therefore soon die out naturally.
Divov, without troubling himself with evidence, treated  me like a retard, but quickly ran out of steam and declined to continue the discussion. I assume he did the same with many other LiveJournal users.

The other day, I stopped by to laugh at the Great Mithgol, father of all LiveJournal, Orthodox communist, webmaster, and poet. 
And what do I see! The Chief Comrade-in-Arms of the Almighty Hacker of all LiveJournal, the blockheaded arvi, deftly and viciously articulates the complaints against Divov set out above.
Bravo, Mithgol! Even you have periods of remission from your chronic phimosis of the brain.

And finally — something kind.
Those who believe that dentists are vicious and ferocious creatures whose goal is to torture you as much as possible while extracting your money have a chance at enlightenment. To everyone who has not seen her yet, I recommend reading a young woman living in the States — pgoelz, whose comparatively unpretentious stories from life at a dental clinic simply cannot fail to touch something deep inside.
